Cancelation Policy: We ask that if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment and to avoid a late cancelation fee, please provide us with 24 hours notice, so that we have to opportunity to fill that time slot with another client. Appointments canceled after 24 hours and prior to the scheduled appointment are subject to late cancelation fee of 50% of service scheduled. No-Shows are subject to the full amount of service that has been scheduled.
30 Minute Focus Session
Focus massage is for those coming in with one or two specific chronic and/or acute issues or focus areas that they would like addressed during the session. A focus session is not a full body relaxation massage. Pressure is fully customized and stays within a range that is safe for your body.

Relaxation Session
This classic Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and movement of the joints. This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Therapeutic Session
Therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem—such as a frozen shoulder. Your therapist may included different styles of massage and tools to customize your experience. People tend to assume therapeutic massage means deep tissue massage, and that they will get a very strong massage.

Deep Tissue Session
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Your therapist may included different styles of massage and tools to customize your experience. The pressure will generally be more intense than a relaxation massage. It is possible that you may experience some soreness following the massage.

Sports Session
Deep tissue massage is often administered as a full body massage, rather than focusing on a specific area of the body. Sports massage, on the other hand, is a targeted massage approach that focuses on specific areas of the body that are in need of healing or relief. Your therapist may included different styles of massage and tools to customize your experience.

Prenatal Session
A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
(Must be past 1st trimester (12 weeks) to receive massage.)

Trigger Point Therapy
The objective of trigger point therapy is releasing or softening a muscle knot to reduce (or eliminate) the knot pain and associated pain. This release happens by applying various levels of pressure to muscle knots, and then stretching the affected areas through a complete range of motion.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
(MLD) is a type of massage based on evidence that it encourages the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It is very beneficial for breast cancer survivors in remission and those for individuals who have developed swelling in their extremities know as Lymphedema.

Couples Massage Session
Simply put, a couples massage is when you and someone else enjoy individual massages while lying on separate beds next to each other. There are two massage therapists — one for each person. Like any other massage, a couples massage may include soothing music, aromatherapy and candle lighting. Priced as a therapeutic massage session.

Reiki Session
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
