Ash Wirth, LMT, MLDT is the 2023 3rd Overall North Carolina Massage Champion and received a silver medal for Clinical Massage.  He recently competed in the 2023 American Massage Championships and placed 6th in the Nation for Sports Deep Tissue and 8th in Wellness Massage. He is a graduate of Heritage Institute of Jacksonville, Florida. He has been practicing massage since 2004. Upon graduating he continued to further his education by attending the Vodder School and became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT). He spent 11 years working in Jacksonville,Florida as a CMLDT for the Jacksonville Lymphedema Clinic, where he helped treat clients who suffered from Lymphedema. In 2017 he moved back to his hometown of Lincolnton, NC and briefly worked in behavioral health before going into partnership and opening his first massage establishment, All You Knead Massage & Bodywork. He believes that receiving massage can help nourish our body, mind & spirit connection, which in return can benefit our relationship with ourselves & everyone around us.

Ash’s focus is relieving the body of tension while creating a safe and nurturing environment. He intuitively incorporates a mix of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, assisted stretching and cupping therapy in each session based on his client’s needs.

Paula’s passion has always been to help others.  She began her first career of teaching after graduating from Western Carolina.  Then worked at Eckerd Youth Alternatives in Florida as a camp counselor and teacher for 2.5 years.  She moved back to NC in 2006 and spent the next 10 years teaching at Lincoln Charter School.  She taught middle school Language Arts, Social Studies, Physical Education, and Health. 

Then she discovered Reiki.  After practicing Reiki and with lots of prayer her life completely changed. Massage has always been an interest of hers and a raffle for massage school tuition kept presenting itself.  She gave in, bought a ticket, and won! She thanks God for kicking a door open for her that she would have been too afraid to open herself.  

Paula attended massage school at Maiden School of Massage and graduated in 2016.  After owning her own business for two years she joined the staff of Maiden School of Massage and taught Anatomy and Physiology.  She has now been a massage practitioner for 7 years.  In that time she also became a Reiki Master.  In 2018 she met Ash through The Lincoln Theatre Guild.  In 2019 they took the leap and rented the space that has become All You Knead Massage and Bodywork.  It is such a wonderful space to relax and unwind.  She enjoys helping her clients gain a better quality of life through massage and reiki.  Her clients see her when they need to relax, de-stress, gain range of motion, or experience pain relief.  Paula uses a variety of techniques such as cupping, gua sha, and trigger point therapy.  And she looks forward to seeing how she can help you.  

Jaime has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013, and is a graduate of Gaston College.  Currently she is attending Gardner-Webb University, pursing her Master's Degree in Phycology. She hopes to become a counselor in the future. I am currently going back to school to get my psychology degree and will use it to become a counselor one day.

Marielle has been a licensed massage therapist for 3.5 years. She graduated from the Center for
Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC where she continued to work in the clinic to expand her
training on Myofascial Release techniques, as well as Neuromuscular Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Prenatal
Massage and Geriatric Massage. She is Reiki 2 certified and specializes in Integrative Massage Therapy
and Bodywork. She has a background in working with stroke survivors and individuals with acquired and
traumatic brain injury, as well as terminally ill patients. She has a background in Herbology and is
presently completing an Herbalism Certification from Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine. She holds an
MS in Sustainability Studies and a BA in Sociology. Marielle recently returned to the Lincolnton area
with her family after living in the Asheville area for the past 22 years. She is delighted to be home and
take part in this very talented wellness community.
